With a long and rich tradition of providing high-quality memorial monuments and superior customer service at low prices, Melgard Monument Company celebrated it’s 134th anniversary in 2022.  Since 1888, five generations of the Melgard family have proudly served western Wisconsin and the greater Twin Cities metro areas. Although many changes have occurred since our early years, our core values of prioritizing our customers and meeting their needs have remained unchanged and “etched in stone.”

We have long kept a very large inventory of granite memorials along with our indoor showrooms that provide a wide-range of styles, sizes and colors to consider.  Our experienced, caring sales team provides computer-aided drawings of your monument to get the exact look you desire.  We also have a professional artist available who can provide custom etchings to enhance your design.
